We're here for you. Follow the steps to get in touch with the best person for your issue. 

First, Contact Vertical Communications Services

For any generic repair services, moves, adds, or changes, email Customer Service at ipecssupport@vertical.com.  

Do you have questions or concerns or need to speak to a customer care representative directly? Contact the Customer Care Center at 833-225-6831.

If Customer Service is not able to help in a satisfactory or timely fashion, then it may be time to escalate the issue.

 

Second, Escalate Your Service Issue
