STEP ONE:

Contact Vertical Communications Services

Do you need generic repair services, moves, adds, or changes?
E-mail Customer Service at service@vertical.com

Do you have an outage with your system/service or need immediate help?
Contact the Customer Care Center at 877-837-8422, option 3 for customer service  

If Customer Service is not able to help in a satisfactory or timely fashion, then it may be time to escalate the issue. Proceed to step two.
