Senior VP of Customer Experience, Craig Gironda has a strong vision for the Solutions Engineering (SE) team to strengthen Vertical's CX solutions. The team has been diligently training in the newest technologies and have developed an expertise in not only Vertical's solutions, but also complementary technologies (MS Teams and Salesforce, for example) and our competition's products as well. And the end result? Success for our customers! The SE team brings a wealth of knowledge that helps the sales team build a successful strategy for our customers that again and again delivers results. They're a huge asset!
- Eric is the manager of the team. He works closely with Craig to enact our vision, strategy, and plan through the sales and implementation process. Eric is our Contact Center expert and Ring Central Specialist.
- Darryl is the go-to SE for all things Mitel. He's extremely well versed in the ins and outs of all of Mitel's offerings.
- Jason is an expert on iPECS premise and cloud and specializes on our Large Enterprise customers.
- Kevin is a member of the SE team after previously working as a technician with Vertical. He specializes in iPECS and emerging cloud technologies.
- As our newest member, Arthur brings a fresh energy to the group and focuses on emerging technology integration.
The SE team plays an important role in the Vertical Difference, because we're about more than just selling phones. We're a strategic partner that provides a consultative approach to our sales.
